What should we bring with us on our trip?
"Our COSI Cabin" is equipped with a gas grill, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, flatware, glasses, towels, pillows, bedding, linens, trash bags, tissue, and toilet paper. In addition to your clothing and food items, we have created a helpful travel checklist which will help you in preparing for your stay. In the event you have forgotten something, we are conveniently located to Walgreens and other grocery and discount stores.

What are your office hours?
The Hidden Mountain East office is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Hidden Mountain on-site housekeeping staff is available 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday- Saturday. Hidden Mountain on-site maintenance staff is available 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. 7 days a week. During peak seasons and weekends, maintenance is available until 10:30 p.m. These hours are subject to change. All offices and operations are closed Christmas Day until 3:00 p.m.
The Outreach Investments, LLC office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Our direct phone number is 1.276.676.1876. We are closed on all major holidays.

How far in advance can I book my reservation?
You may book a reservation up to 2 years in advance. You may make priority reservations by calling Outreach Investments, LLC directly at 1.276.676.1876.

Our peak seasons are July, October, and holidays.
Hidden Mountain does welcome walk-in reservations, but cannot guarantee availability.

What are your nightly minimums?
Depending on the time of year, our nightly minimums vary. In most cases there is a basic 2-3 night minimum. For current nightly minimums, please contact us at 1.276.676.1876.

Is there an age limit required to book a reservation?
You must be 21 years old to make a reservation at "Our COSI Cabin". A valid driver's license is required at check-in and all deposits are non-refundable if cabin is booked under false pretenses.

What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings require the purchase of a "deposit guarantee" which is 7% of your total rental fee. This allows you to cancel at any time up until 4:00 pm the day before arrival. Any cancellations past this time will forfeit the entire deposit.

Are there any additional fees?
PLEASE NOTE: STATE AND LOCAL SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED. THIS UNIT REQUIRES A $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT, WHICH IS DUE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7-10 DAYS AFTER CHECK-OUT OR YOU MAY PURCHASE A NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WAIVER FOR $10.

Our COSI Cabin" is inspected by an independent representative after each check out. If any items are found to be missing or if damage is found at the home, you may be held liable. Please contact the front desk on the day of your arrival if you see damage to your rental home.

Do you allow guests to exceed the maximum occupancy number?
No. According to the fire marshal, we must stay within the set occupancy limits.

Are pets permitted at "Our COSI Cabin"?
No.

When are the pools open?
The outdoor pools are generally open Memorial Day- Labor Day, weather allowing. The pool hours are 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass or alcohol is permitted in the pool areas.

Are the fireplaces on year-round?
Gas fireplaces are usually on Labor Day through Memorial Day depending on the weather.

Do you allow early arrivals?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. If the cabin is cleaned, the hot tub has been serviced, and the house has been checked on the day of your arrival, the front desk may allow an early check-in. You can reach the Hidden Mountain front desk at 1-865-453-9850 on your check-in day to see if an early check-in is possible.

Do you allow late departures?
We cannot guarantee late departures. If the cabin is not expecting another arrival that day, you can speak to the front desk to see about the possibility of a late check-out. Because the unit could be rented to a walk-in guest, please do not expect a late checkout unless it is authorized the morning of your departure.
